Jack Wilson's practice focuses on business and commercial, construction, land use and eminent domain issues. He has represented a wide variety of clients in commercial, construction and regulatory transactions and litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He also represents clients before local governments and agencies. Mr. Wilson practices in state and federal courts and was admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court in 1996.

Mr. Wilson received a B.A. in Journalism cum laude with high honors
from the University of Georgia in 1988 and his J.D. degree in 1991. He joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 1997. Mr. Wilson served on the firm's management committee from 1998-2000 and as managing partner in 2004 and 2005.

Mr. Wilson is a member and Past President of the Rotary Club of South Gwinnett. He is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. He and his family are members of Old Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Duluth.
