BANKING LAW
Our law firm has served as counsel to banking enterprises since the firm was founded. Our experience in this area includes serving as general counsel to the Gwinnett Federal Saving & Loan Association, later known as the Gwinnett Federal Savings Bank, for more than 50 years. We continue to represent Brand Banking Company and many other local banks. Our specialty in this area is insuring that our client banks operate without the interference of legal obstacles. LANDLORD AND TENANT
Although primarily oriented to representing landlords, we have extensive experience in negotiating and enforcing leases. Our lawyers know how to collect rent and remove parties that have failed to pay on time. In addition to disputes over rents, we have represented parties that are seeking to enforce other obligations contained in a lease. One of the largest judgments in our firm’s history was the representation of representing a tenant who was the victim of a landlord’s breach of lease.
